I understand it is my responsibility to notify E.F.M .Agency if any of my personal information changes and as E.F.M .Agency does not conduct background checks on its member, I understand they are not responsible for the truth and accuracy of any material provided by its members and I release E.F.M .Agency from all liability, losses, damages, claims, demands, cause of action, lawsuits and expenses arising out of the use of its services, any breach or violation of the agreement or negligence or willful misconduct.
3) I must not engage or be suspected of engaging in any illegal activities, exhibit any abusive or discriminatory behavior, engage in any sexual harassment or continue to harass any other members after clearly being told to cease communication, transmits offensive messages and/or images. Further, I must ensure that my behavior is polite, considerate and complies with all applicable laws.
4) In terms of privacy, no information is loaded onto the website. I agree not to disclose any of my experiences, or the identity of anyone I have met through E.F.M Agency to other members or anyone including media outlets without the permission of the member and E.F.M .Agency urther insisting on uncovering personal information about a member including who or how many people they have dated is considered a breach of E.F.M .Agency dating etiquette as is gossiping about the agency, its members and the process.
5) E.F.M .Agency reserves the right to terminate your membership if you are found guilty of breaching 1-4 or you are someone we can no longer be an advocate for due to inappropriate behavior.
6) I give consent for E.F.M .Agency to release personal information such as information gathered in my client profile and the interview which will only be sent to other E.F.M Agency clients. Your surname and company name will not be released and your phone number will only be released with your consent. However, E.F.M .Agency may disclose personal information if we believe it is required by law.
7) The Personal Information you supply (e.g. Name, Email Address, etcetera) remains strictly confidential.
• We do not supply your Personal Information for mailing lists or any other purposes.
• Your Personal Information will never be bartered or sold or given away to anyone.
• All automated requests to capture the Email Addresses as used by this website and as found on the web pages at this website and intended for use in unsolicited commercial email activities are NEVER authorised and are NOT permitted.
